1. Introduction
Aligana operates an affiliate network that allows affiliates to promote products and services from our partner vendors and suppliers. These Terms of Use govern your participation in the Aligana Affiliate Network.
2. Eligibility
To join the Aligana Affiliate Network, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid website, blog, or social media presence.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Aligana’s partner products and services ethically and responsibly.
- Use only the marketing materials provided by Aligana.
- Ensure that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid any misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The following terms apply to commissions and payments:
- Commission rates are determined by Aligana and may vary by product or service.
- Commissions are only earned on sales that are tracked and reported through our affiliate tracking system.
- Payments are made on a monthly basis, approximately 4-14 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned.
- Aligana reserves the right to withhold commissions for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5. Affiliate Links
You will receive unique affiliate links to use in your promotional activities. These links track sales and commissions. You agree to:
- Use the affiliate links as provided without modification.
- Ensure that the links are correctly formatted and functioning.
- Not use your own affiliate links to make purchases for personal use.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited emails to promote Aligana’s partner products.
- Using deceptive or misleading practices to generate sales.
- Promoting products on websites or platforms that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Engaging in any activity that could harm Aligana’s reputation or the reputation of our partner vendors and suppliers.
7. Termination
Aligana reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Use.
- Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of affiliate links and remove any promotional materials related to Aligana’s partner products.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aligana is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aligana, its partners, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Use.
- Your promotional activities.
- Any breach of applicable laws and regulations.
10. Changes to Terms
Aligana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
